Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Design and develop applications based on business process and application requirements. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Create technical design documents and specifications. - Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. - Conduct unit testing and resolve defects. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful application integration. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
